Our immersive sound bath is a full-body meditative experience like no other! The SUMMER SOLSTICE edition features a second energy practitioner adding a unique offering to this event!
Come and enjoy the inner peace and concordance that resonant sound therapy creates in your body and soul. Our gifted sound and vibrational energy practitioner, Wendy Elyse, creates a mystical ambiance using a combination of chakra singing bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, gongs and chimes. You will be surrounded by a symphony of vibrational energy that will touch your heart and soothe your body and soul. Every sound bath delivers a unique participant experience, but know that you will take from each session exactly what you need at that moment. Join us and you will see what the sound healing buzz is all about!
Participants typically lie down on a yoga mat but can also sit in a chair, if more comfortable. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blankets or anything else that would help you relax. Lions Gate has a limited number of mats, bolsters and blankets available on a first-come basis. We also encourage you to stay well hydrated. Lions Gate offers at no charge Poland Spring mineral water for your convenience but you can bring your own water bottle, if you prefer.
Gina Cranford, Gendai Reiki Master and Sound Healer at In Tune Mind and Body will be joining us for this event. Gina will be sending distance Reiki to all participants throughout the session. In addition, she will be giving hands on Reiki to each participant during the sound bath. At the end of the bath, everyone will receive an individual Summer Solstice affirmation chosen just for them to take home and use as a daily mantra or meditation intention.

About Wendy Elyse
Wendy is the Founder, Owner and Chief Spiritual Executive of Lions Gate Spiritual and Wellness Center. She stepped through the Lions Gate Portal on 8/8/2021 and hasn’t turned back. Wendy is a practicing medium, psychic intuitive, sound healer and spiritual visionary. Wendy has studied with several world renowned sound healers, mediums, psychics and intuitives, and attended the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine. When not communicating with Spirit, Wendy can be found playing with crystals and oracle cards, engaging in shamanic journeys, or meditating to native American flute music. She has 3 children and pursues many diverse hobbies and interests, including running, skiing, golfing, cycling and crafting.
About Gina Cranford
Gina is a Gendai Reiki Master and a Certified Bliss Bowls Sound Healing Practitioner. She infuses traditional Reiki Energy sessions with healing vibrations from singing bowls which enhance and heighten the overall effect of her energy work. Gina holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music education from The University of Connecticut, is a certified Music Together instructor, and has been teaching all ages for many years. She has been a student/participant in many natural healing modalities for over 20 years. She lives in Berlin with her husband Scott, children Josh and Will, and her Mini Dachshund Remo.
